News Over in the United Kingdom, BBC 2 is undergoing a re-branding.  Ignoring all of the boring details, the rebranding has promised yet unknown shows developed by Charlie Brooker ( Black Mirror ), and an adaptation of Eleanor Catton’s novel, The Luminarie s , which will star Eva Green ( Penny Dreadful ), Eve Hewson ( The Knick ), and Marton Csokas ( Into the Badlands ). The Hollywood Reporter's former Co-President Janice Min has announced her involvement in Jeffrey Katzenberg’s NewTV , a streaming video start-up.  Min has stated that her involvement means that their will be news content on the mobile-first streaming service. News Fox 21 has acquired the rights to adapt the video game Vampyr into a television series. Hulu is developing a revival of Veronica Mars , the beloved teen noir series.  Kristin Bell ( The Good Place ), who portrayed the titular character, and series Creator Rob Thomas ( iZombie ) are already attached. Apple has ordered Foundation , the Isaac Asimov adaptation from David S Goyer ( DaVinci's Demons ) and Josh Friedman ( Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles ), to series. Starz has acquired US distribution rights to the British drama Save Me .  The series stars Lennie James ( The Walking Dead ) and Suranne Jones ( A Touch of Cloth ). ABC has ordered a reboot of Bewitched , this time featuring an interracial family , from Kenya Barris and Yamara Taylor ( Black-ish ). News Netflix has ordered Car Masters: Rust To Riches . The reality series will focus on people who restore "rust buckets" to new glory. TNT has ordered The Angel of Darkness , the sequel series to The Alienist .  Similarly, Netflix has ordered Hyperdrive .  Produced by Actress Charlize Theron, Hyperdrive is a competitive car based obstacle course series. Hulu has ordered an adaptation of Giannis Milonogiannis' cyberpunk graphic novel Old City Blues .  Kerry Washington ( Scandal ) is set to star in and produce the series, while Gore Verbinski has signed on as a Director , and Chris Black ( Outcast ) as Showrunner .
